The Process
Five steps to move in
- 1
Tour the Building
Contact our leasing office to schedule an in-person or virtual tour of available studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom units.
- 2
Submit an Application
Complete a rental application for each adult resident. Applications include a background and credit check, proof of income, and rental history.
- 3
Application Review
Our leasing team reviews completed applications and verifies income and references, typically within 2–3 business days.
- 4
Sign Your Lease
Once approved, sign your lease and pay your security deposit to reserve your move-in date.
- 5
Move In
Complete a move-in walkthrough with the management team and get the keys to your new home or suite.
What You'll Need
Application requirements
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of income (recent pay stubs, offer letter, or tax return for self-employed applicants)
- Verifiable rental history or landlord references
- Consent to a background and credit check
- Completed rental application and applicable application fee
